This Plan provides you with the protection against your legal liability as an Employer under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance.
Key Highlights

Coverage for Injury or Death
If your domestic helper sustains bodily injury or death due to an accident or disease during the insurance period and arising from their employment, we will indemnify you against legal liability to pay compensation.

Legal Cost and Expenses
We will cover the claimant's costs and expenses related to such injury or death. Additionally, we will pay all costs and expenses incurred with our written consent.

Indemnity Limit
The maximum indemnity for any one event is HK$100 million.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Main Exclusion:
Pneumoconiosis, nuclear energy and radiation, any late payment surcharge that the insured may become liable under the legislation.
Age Limit：
This plan is applicable to domestic helper aged between 18 and 60 with full-time employment contract in Hong Kong.
